BoosterMap is provided by Filip Černý, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic, business identification number (IČO) 08131384, Hvězdova 1280/27, Nusle, 140 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic. Contact info@boostermap.com or +420 722 387 954.

These Terms cover the BoosterMap application and website. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing. Support and Legal Information provides contact, reporting and rights information. These documents are maintained in English. Choosing a country of residence does not select a different language or remove mandatory rights in that country.

The service

BoosterMap helps you find trading-card-game shops and other relevant places, view community stock observations, and use available watchlists and notifications. A stock report is an observation, not a reservation, shop offer or guarantee. Check its time and scope, and confirm current stock, price, opening hours and access with the shop. BoosterMap does not become the seller of products at a listed shop.

Network features need a compatible device and internet connection. Location functions need the relevant permission; notification delivery depends on device and provider settings. Community information and notifications can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. These limitations do not remove our obligations to supply the service agreed with you.

Accounts and capacity

Where registration is available, review the identified Terms and Privacy Policy before explicitly creating an account. Accepting the Terms acknowledges a service contract; acknowledging Privacy is not blanket consent to optional processing. Existing-account sign-in is separate from registration.

There is no blanket minimum age in these Terms. If you cannot legally enter the account or purchase contract yourself, a parent or guardian must authorize it where applicable law requires this. Protect your credentials, provide accurate necessary account information, and report suspected unauthorized access. Do not send support passwords or verification codes. Optional permissions and processing choices are separate from contractual acceptance.

Community guidelines

Submit observations you actually made, selecting the right place, edition, product and availability. Do not fabricate reports, manipulate rankings or reputation, impersonate others, circumvent restrictions, expose private personal information or interfere with the service. Do not trespass or put yourself or another person at risk to verify stock.

New structured stock reports do not provide public free-text comments or report-photo uploads. Private support evidence and place suggestions may contain text. Suppressed historical content is not necessarily erased from every storage system; see Privacy. Only send material you are entitled to provide, and avoid unrelated personal or sensitive information.

You keep any rights you hold in your contribution. You permit us to store, format, review and display it to operate the service and handle abuse or legal claims. This permission is non-exclusive and royalty-free, and does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising use. Factual observations do not become our exclusive property.

Moderation and appeals

We may reject, correct or hide information, limit reporting, suspend or end an account for unlawful content, manipulation, abuse, security risks or material breaches. Measures should be proportionate to the seriousness, impact and evidence. Urgent protective action may precede notice. We explain decisions and available challenge routes unless law or a legitimate investigation prevents disclosure.

Automated checks can assist validation, weighting or preliminary restrictions. Contact support to challenge a decision or request human consideration. Good-faith complaints are not a reason for retaliation. Any additional statutory notice, explanation and redress rights remain available where applicable.

Ranking

Map results and stock signals depend on search area, selected filters, available place/catalogue data, report scope, time, verification and report quality or reputation. A displayed position or signal is not a certification of a shop or a promise of current availability. Product and edition scope matter when interpreting a report.

Place-search results are ordered by distance from the selected search point, with a stable place identifier used to resolve equal distances. You can change the search area, radius and available game, place-type and freshness filters. There is currently no paid placement or sponsored ranking.

Stock indicators use visible reports, their observation time and game, edition or product scope. Reports are labelled fresh for 24 hours and recent for seven days; conflicting reports in the same scope within two hours can produce a mixed signal. A product-level report does not establish availability of every product at a shop.

Reporting reputation affects report weight and alert eligibility. New accounts receive reduced weight during their first 48 hours and while they have fewer than three visible reports; corroboration and reports that survive without contradiction can raise reputation, while repeated contradictions can lower it. Alerts also depend on your selected scope and preferences. These signals help assess community observations and do not change distance ordering into paid placement.

Subscriptions

At launch, eligible new public registrations receive PLUS free for three calendar months while the launch campaign is active. This is a fixed-expiry promotional grant: no store purchase, payment authorization, automatic renewal or automatic conversion to a paid plan is required. At its end, access returns to the free tier unless you separately hold another valid entitlement. A separately purchased PRO subscription remains effective. Previously granted promotional expiry dates are preserved.

The free PLUS launch grant is available only once for a recognized registration identity. Deleting an account and registering again with an identity previously used for that campaign does not create a new grant or restart its original expiry. We use limited keyed identity digests for this purpose as explained in Privacy. Different unrelated identities cannot always be recognized as the same person.

PRO is an optional paid subscription with automatic renewal when its purchase offer is available. You must choose and authorize a PRO purchase separately; receiving promotional PLUS does not subscribe you to PRO. The purchase screen identifies the features, total price and applicable taxes, billing period, renewal and trial conditions before commitment. The actual store offer applies; there is no universal fixed price in these Terms.

Where the store confirms eligibility, PRO starts with a three-calendar-month free introductory trial. Activating PRO requires your separate store confirmation and enables automatic renewal. Unless you cancel in time through the store, the trial continues as the selected monthly or yearly paid subscription at the localized price disclosed before confirmation. Store eligibility applies; an unavailable or unconfirmed trial is not promised.

Store billing and account settings determine payment and renewal. Cancel renewal through the purchasing store's subscription management. Uninstalling BoosterMap, deleting its account or emailing about a technical problem does not itself cancel renewal. Use Restore Purchases for an existing purchase when supported, and contact support if entitlement access is missing.

Cancelling renewal, withdrawing from a contract and claiming a remedy for a defect are different rights. Store refund processes do not override mandatory consumer rights. Do not purchase unless the offer and its contractual information are available and you have the required capacity or authorization.

Withdrawal

Consumers may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract, subject to applicable law and the type of supply. Send a clear withdrawal statement to info@boostermap.com or the business address; an optional model is on Support. Include the relevant contract, date, account or transaction reference and contact details. A particular form is not required.

Acceptance of these Terms or installing the app does not by itself waive withdrawal. For services begun during the withdrawal period, proportional payment or loss of a right depends on the legally required request, information and conditions. For qualifying digital content, early supply and loss of withdrawal require the specific prior consent, acknowledgment and confirmation required by law. The actual offer must explain which rules apply. Mandatory reimbursement and remedies remain unaffected.

Changes, termination and remedies

We provide updates needed to maintain conformity, including necessary security updates, and explain applicable installation requirements. Other changes need a valid reason, such as security, legal requirements or interoperability. Material changes are communicated clearly; where required, advance notice on a durable medium and termination rights apply. Changes do not retroactively extinguish accrued rights or permit removing paid benefits without required remedies.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Cancel store subscriptions separately. If a paid service is discontinued or ended without a reason attributable to you, applicable rights to unused prepaid service and reimbursement remain available.

If the contracted service is not supplied or does not conform, contact support. Depending on applicable law, remedies may include supply or correction, a proportionate price reduction, termination and reimbursement. Mandatory liability and consumer rights are not excluded by limitations of community stock information.

Applicable law and disputes

Czech law applies to the extent a choice of law is permitted. Consumers retain mandatory protections applicable without that choice and access to courts required by jurisdiction rules. No exclusive Prague-court clause limits those rights. Support explains complaints and available dispute-resolution contacts.
