Describe what happened and the result you seek. Include only relevant account, app/device, time, place/report or store transaction references. Never send passwords, one-time codes or complete payment-card details. Redact unrelated information from screenshots. Account-data disclosure or deletion may require proportionate identity verification; do not send an identity-document copy unsolicited.

Account and purchase help

Use Privacy — data access for access, export, correction and other data rights. The account-deletion form sends a verification link; merely opening that link does not delete an account.

The launch PLUS promotion ends after three calendar months without charging or renewing. Previously promised promotions keep their original expiry. It requires no cancellation. PRO purchases are separate, automatically renewing store subscriptions. Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel Apple or Google subscriptions. Cancel renewal through the purchasing store. Restore Purchases can restore supported existing entitlements. For missing access, tell us the store and relevant transaction reference. Store payment issues may also require the store's assistance.

Complaints and consumer remedies

Tell us if a contracted service was not supplied or does not conform, when the problem began and which remedy you request. Keep purchase confirmations and correspondence. Applicable rights may include supply or correction, price reduction, termination or reimbursement. A discretionary store-refund policy does not replace mandatory rights against the responsible trader.

Statutory complaint periods and duties applicable to the transaction remain binding. Privacy requests follow the separate GDPR response timetable, normally one month, with any justified extension explained within that month.

Czech consumer disputes within its remit may be referred to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority's consumer ADR procedure. ADR seeks agreement and does not impose a court judgment. Its conditions include a prior attempt to resolve the claim with the trader and application within one year of first asserting the claim. The current official instructions explain scope and exclusions. This contact does not limit another competent authority or court available to a consumer in another country.

Withdrawal statement

Where you have a withdrawal right, an unequivocal statement is sufficient. You may use this optional model:

Illegal content notices

Identify the exact content URL and ID, explain why you believe the content is unlawful, include relevant supporting facts, and give the contact details requested by the form. Submit the good-faith declaration. The online form requires your name and email. For notices concerning the offences covered by Articles 3–7 of Directive 2011/93/EU, the statutory exception permits omission of identifying information. You may submit such a notice by post to the contact address above without giving a name or email. Include the content location, explanation and good-faith declaration; without contact details we cannot send you an individual response.

Ordinary outdated stock or an incorrect opening time can be reported as a correction. BoosterMap is not an emergency service. Do not send copies of illegal child sexual abuse material; identify its location instead. Notice handling and explanations are subject to applicable law. Use the confidential receipt provided after submission to follow the notice and, where available, challenge the decision. You can also contact info@boostermap.com to request human reconsideration.

The contact accepts authority and recipient communications in English or Czech. Other languages can require clarification. These contact-language details do not create a translated edition of the legal documents.

Accessibility

If a screen or task is inaccessible, tell us the app version, device, screen and assistance you need. Contact support for an alternative way to submit a request. Avoid unnecessary health information. This page does not assert a certification or verified conformity to an accessibility standard.

Attribution and licenses

Map surfaces must retain their visible attribution. OpenStreetMap contributors provide map data under the applicable OpenStreetMap copyright and license terms, including the Open Database License where applicable. Map styles, rendered tiles, datasets and software can have separate licenses.

BoosterMap uses OpenFreeMap for map delivery and MapLibre for map rendering. Keep the attribution supplied by the active map style and provider visible. The map's OpenStreetMap attribution concerns the base map; it does not mean every shop listing was imported from OpenStreetMap.

Edition and sealed-product catalogue information is supplied through TCGGO.com. BoosterMap does not provide an individual-card catalogue. Shop details are researched from public sources and entered by the operator; users can also suggest places for review. Report inaccurate business information through support.

TCGGO, game names, edition and product images, logos and other third-party marks remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable supplier terms. A credit or shop listing does not imply endorsement or grant permission to reuse third-party material. The limited contribution permission in Terms applies only to rights the contributor actually holds.

For a rights or attribution problem, identify the affected material, right, your connection to it and requested correction. Use the illegal-content form where the claim concerns unlawful content.
